The service exceeded my expectations, especially when they helped us retrieve our forgotten passports. I booked this hotel because it stated there was air conditioning, but the room was very small with narrow twin beds. The distance to the nearest cafe was a bit of a walk, especially if you wanted something quick. The layout was not so practical with the toilet in a separate cabin without any wash basin.
